Master the digital tools and skills needed to create content, communicate professionally, and collaborate effectively in today’s remote and hybrid work environments.
Create Digital Content, Communicate and Collaborate Online is the third course in the Digital Literacy Learning Collection, developed in collaboration with OpenEDG. The course begins with the fundamentals of digital content creation — exploring audio, image, text, and video formats — before moving into creating, editing, and managing digital documents including text editing, formatting, and layout design. You will develop a strong grasp of email etiquette including when and how to use CC, BCC, and Reply All, while maintaining clarity and proper tone. The course then dives into digital collaboration using popular video conferencing and project management tools such as Webex, Discord, Asana, Trello, and digital whiteboards. Content is delivered through 23 videos, 9 problem-solving scenarios, and 5 ‘Try Me, Show Me’ activities where learners first attempt tasks independently before receiving guided demonstrations. Completing all four courses in the Digital Literacy Learning Collection prepares learners for the OpenEDG Digital Literacy Certification.
